When words are not enough;
Integrating traditional psychotherapy with the
expressive arts.
Traditional psychotherapy is enhanced and deepened
by drawing upon elements of the creative arts, dance
therapy, authentic movement,
psychodrama, sandplay therapy, yoga, and meditation. Therapy then
becomes a creative journey of unfolding, helping you to descend into
your most expanded self. Unconscious material stored in the body,
can be brought to light safely within the creative/expressive process
so that it can begin to be witnessed, accepted, explored, and integrated.
Integrated Psychotherapy has helped clients with anxiety, depression,
trauma, feelings of loneliness and alienation, self-esteem, body-image
and eating disorders, addictions and self-defeating behaviors, and
relationship issues, to name just a few.
Whatever your goals and intentions, Ricki
brings her experience as a Clinical Social Worker, Dance/Movement
Therapist, Transpersonal Drama Therapist, Addictions Specialist, and
Yoga and Meditation Teacher to help you reach them.
